Our Story

Munchi Pancakes serves traditional Singapore pancakes, the Min Jiang Kueh (Apam Balik) with a twist and Munchi Pancakes that comes in many different unique flavours.

Started in 2016 as a stall in a coffee shop in Yishun, serving traditional Ming Jiang Kueh with only peanut and coconut flavours.

Through continuous trials and errors in innovating new flavours over 2 years, the simple stall grew to become Munchi Pancakes that has more than 20 product types.

Min Jiang Kueh

Fluffy, traditional pancakes that comes in not so traditional flavors. We have reinvented the classic Min Jiang Kueh to not only make it delicious, but also pretty and pleasing to the eye. With multiple choices of skins options and flavors, you will be able to mix and match and create your own pancake. Now that is pretty delicious.

Munchi Pancakes

Imagine over 10 different flavors enclosed inside two soft fluffy pancakes. With the Munchi Pancakes, we have innovated the Traditional Min Jiang Kueh into a different form factor that makes eating much more enjoyable. Get your classic flavors such as peanut and red bean or try something never done before in a MJK such as Strawberry Cheese, Thai Milk Tea or Belgian Chocolate. The possibilities are limitless.
